Withdrawal and refund policy

The German version of these terms is legally binding. This English text is provided for information. This policy applies to the ELSA software subscription. The provider is Umut Ceylan, trading as ELSA Tools, Bielefelder Str. 87, 32051 Herford, Germany, email webmaster@elsa-tools.de.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ELSA for any reason, email webmaster@elsa-tools.de within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. No explanation is required.
Please include your account email address. The refund is issued via the original payment method.
Statutory withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts when the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to Umut Ceylan / ELSA Tools, Bielefelder Str. 87, 32051 Herford, email webmaster@elsa-tools.de. Sending the notice in time is sufficient.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Start of the service
The software service starts when access is enabled. The statutory right of withdrawal for digital services may expire if the service has been fully performed and you expressly consented to the start and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right.
The 30-day money-back guarantee for the ELSA subscription still applies.
Cancellation after 30 days
After the 30-day period you may cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing period. Access remains available until then.
